CARES registration sheet

I have attached a copy of the CARES registration sheet. For members interested in registering fish in our CARES program please fill out the form and return to me. You can either bring them to the meetings or email the copy to me at mlottaqtr@yahoo.com Also, be prepared and have a picture ready if requested. In most cases we will need one. As people sign up in the program I will post them here on the forum. That way it also keeps a running list of what we have visible to everyone.

I also added the program outline and a species list.

Species journal for those who would like to keep one and a search list. The search list can be used if there is a CARES species you cannot find. Turn that in to me either at meetings or thru the above email and we will see if we can find what you are looking for.

A few more things…I know the list includes all species but lets please just stick to cichlids since we are a cichlid club. Also, if there is a species you feel should be in the CARES program that you don’t see on the list please let me know. The species list is constantly being updated and may not be on this particular list.

I can't get any of these docs or pdfs to open. There are errors in the files when I download them or open them directly. Anyone else having trouble with them?
